Talking Create your own Ubuntu APT Repository and Host it for Free

Hi Guys,
I want to create my own APT repository, but I don't know how. Does anyone know any guides on how to do this, or if anyone has done it on his/her own could he/she tell me from experience?

Also, since I cannot host my own server at home because then the download speed would be too slow, how can I host my own server for free (not from home)?

Any help is greatly appreciated,
Flouran
