This posting is supposed to give a detailed explanation of steps suggested in thread http://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/showthread.php?t=517596 by "mar_456". It is also addressing several issues recently have been discussed at http://dizwell.com:- error on Installing Oracle 10g realease 2 on suse 10.2 All my effort is to make already known issues clear and understandable for people inexperienced with SUSE Linux system administration.
