Please use proper English spelling and a spell checker.
.....

So that would not be ns-2.34, but ns-allinone-2.34 ? ?
Else no 'install' script.
There should be no errors on Suse 11.1 on any of those,
you probably just need to install the dependencies :
1) su
2) zypper in xorg-x11-devel zlib-devel xorg-x11-libXmu-devel \
xorg-x11-libXext-devel xorg-x11-libXau-devel xorg-x11-proto-devel

" tk 8.3.2 ..." : I don't understand, there is no 'tk 8.3.2'
in ns-2.3x or Suse 11.1. ?
( Could be a typo in one of the scripts.)

Good luck !

EDIT EDIT : And ../ns-2.34 validate is also OK :
" validate overall report: all tests passed ".
.....
