the same problem with suse distributions

Hi all

I 'am new in linux and for some days i am trying to install a suse distribution in my second computer(Celeron 2.93-mainboard:asrock min atx-512MB RAM-
14GB QUANTUM hard disk).

I have install a suse 9.1 profesional in my main pc with windows xp together and i had no problems to insall it.But in the second pc (celeron) i have tried to install many distributions but none of them worked.
Spesially i tried to install 9.1personal-9.1,9.3 professional and the 9.2 live cd but the same problem occur. When the system reboot for tha initial boot it stops to the same thing all the times:

T:Entering runlevel :5***
T:Id "1" respawning too fast :disabled for 5 minutes
T:Id "2" respawning too fast :disabled for 5 minutes
T:Id "3" respawning too fast :disabled for 5 minutes
T:Id "4" respawning too fast :disabled for 5 minutes
T:Id "5" respawning too fast :disabled for 5 minutes
T:Id "6" respawning too fast :disabled for 5 minutes
T: no more process left in this runlevel

After fine minutes the same think appears but nothing happens until reboot the pc from the buton.
The problem above occur for all the suse distributions i tried
I am afraid that is the motherboard problem but i dont now for sure.

Any ideas???help......................

Thanks

I am looking forward for your answer...

I've not seen it but some quick googling turned up these hits, maybe you'll find your solution in one of them.
