suse 9.2 proffesional wlan problem "connection refused"


well my problem is i just upgraded from suse 9.1 personal to 9.2 proffessional i have a dlink dwl-g630 wlan card. i downloaded the acx111 chipset firmware from you (yast onlline update) and configured my wireless card in yast. i rebooted my computer and it got its ip address through dhcp from the router. but when i try to do anything internet related (email,browser,im) it says connection refused. i know its not a problem with my wireless card or router. its something in suse thats refuseing my connection any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi doughustad, welcome to lq. Can you ping anything? What does ifconfig -a and route -n look like? How about /etc/resolv.conf, and iptables -L? This sounds like a firewall problem.
