I have an internal SONY DVD RW DRU-710A, just updated the firmware to BYX5. After I switched to SUSE 10.1 from 10 my DVD burner does not record neither CD nor DVD of any kind. If I use cdrecord it might right some on the DVD and then say there is an error and growisofs just says:

I think that this is because 10.1 switched to 2.6 kernel from 2.4. Does anybody has any suggestions.
