konqueror is ok . firefox not!

hello
i have suse 9.2 on ibm 50e.
i installed firefox after in installed suse.
now konqueror is working perfectly
but...
firefox does not.

how is firefox not working?is it not starting?did it ever start?have you tried launching it from the command line?

but no internet

related issue w/ Firefox in 9.3:

Firefox won't remember my bookmarks. I click on the menu, and nothing's there. I go to "Manage Bookmarks" and they're there, and then show up on the menu. But when I click on one nothing happens. Stuck w/ Konquerer for the time being....

it is great, not as great as FireFox but much better than Konqueror

save your bookmarks and type this command as root

rm -rf ~/.mozilla/firefox

this will delete your settings folder of FireFox and it will be completely fresh

it worked with me when i faced this problem
