Icons for shortcuts

I created a shortcut to Azureus (azureus shell script) but I can't find the option to change the icon, it is now displayed as an shellfile...

Where can I change the icon?

I assume you're using KDE. Right-click on the icon and then select 'Properties'. Click on the icon in the properties window and then a window with all the KDE icons comes up ... choose whichever one you want!
