Display/Xorg problems

I just installed SuSE but it will not boot into KDE, nor can it connect to the X server.

My Xorg error is
(EE) xf86OpenSerial: Cannot open device /dev/mouse
No such file or directory.
(EE) Mouse1: cannot open input device
(EE) Preinit failed for input device "Mouse1"
No core pointer

How would I run the SUSE graphical configuration thing again? That would make things easier through a GUI

what the heck? SuSE is weird but I got it to work... somehow.

I edited my /etc/X11/xorg.conf file

I changed the /dev/mouse to /dev/input/mouse1 (strangely mouse, mouse0, or mouse2, did not work).

I then added ".0" to my horizontal and vertical refresh rates.

I then launched as root:

startx

and it works. Very weird, but at least I'm in!
