Unhappy 9.3-->10.0 now network dead

hi, i posted in an other thread about postfix, but this is not the point. after the upgrade and a few days later and after YOU update, suddenly network past away, wireless and internal ethernet, the sad thing is, not only that im running my (wife's) mailserver but that she will kill me after she finds out. hopefully she will not. she is not at home for a few days. anyway. i can configure network as much as i want but i cant get online, and i really dont know what the problem is, independent of dhcp configuration or manual, also im not sure if the pasting away of my network has something to do with the YOU update, well at least after i applied the new updates, suddenly in the morning the network was dead. i dont know what you need as information from me. please let me know.h

I upgraded the kernel on debian and then the network went down.
i went back to kernel 2.6.12 and it worked again.
(the "upgrade" was to 2.6.14)

problem solved, its a bit embrassing, the ports of my hardware router seem to be broken, at least some of them that explains why some of them work and some of my machines dont, so the strange thing is because i had a link status, thats why i couldnt figure the problem.
