What is the URL accessed at the time you are prompted for a password ?

hey I tried from other country it works is there any resriction for some countries??

I doubt there is any restriction at the server side.
You isp and/or any filtering/proxying device between you and the server may be the culprit.

Hmm, you are possibly right.

I believe the provider need to comply with US exports law, which may forbid downloads from US embargoed countries, something like Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan and Syria ... but prompting for a password in that case doesn't make that much sense, a cleartext message would be better IMHO.
