vlc dependencies

I've upgraded to your 2023 RazPi 4 image with the 6.1.3 kernel. I'm mirroring current from slackware.uk, which has been updated, and I can install the remaining packages tomorrow. I also grabbed a few bits from your repo.

VLC is puking and bellyaching about skins. Will I be missing anything when that update is over? QT or something?

No, actually, it ran OK. VLC has a ton of dependencies as listed on slackbuilds.org.
