Netconfig - no probe problem

Hello Again!

I am running the netconfig script (Slackware 10), but it does not ask to probe my network cards to find them.

What should I do for SW to recognize my card?

Thankx a mil'

You need a module for you NIC. What is it's chipset? If you will issue
/sbin/lspci in a terminal (normal user) and post the output regarding
Ethernet Controller, we can probably help you. The whole line similar:
Code:
02:07.0 Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL-8139/8139C/8139C+ (rev 10)
to this one.
