Truecyrpt fails with the 2.6.38.4 Kernel.

"Upgraded" to the 2.6.38.4 kernel this morning and now Truecyrpt fails to mount encyprted files and returns the message:

Quote:
failed to setup loop device, pathtofile
As Truecyprt worked just prior to installing 2.6.38.4, would it be safe to assume there is some sort of conflict?
Thanks.

I noticed from the changelog that Pat changed the config to make the loop device a module. It's likely that truecrypt needs the module loading.

Ummm, the testing kernel series are server dedicated, if I known right. Thanks, BOB!

You, just do a 'modprobe loop' before this thing ...
