swaret kde 3.3

Will Swaret ever include KDE 3.3 in stable upgrades or is this not the norm?
I am afraid to do upgrade anything else since my system works so wonderfully.
Just that kde 3.3 looks so good.

I used the contibuted slack packages listed in the KDE site w/o any problems, just download them and run upgradepkg. One note, quanta package is now called kdewebdev, or something like that. You will need to removepkg for quanta and installpkg for kdewebdev.

As of Sept. 3rd:

Quote:
testing/packages/kde-3.3/: Added KDE 3.3. This is in testing/ because of
a few problems I've had with it (like crashes on logout, and no anti-
aliased fonts no matter what kpersonalizer settings are chosen).
I think it's a good idea to test it for a while and wait for patches
(or for kde-3.3.1).
Correct me if I'm wrong on this, but until it is moved to /current, swaret won't do it.

I won't correct you because you're right.
