Sound Card Quality Problem

HI BUDS

listen what my problem ...
i use now slackware 10 before the slack i use fedora core 2
and with fedora im not having this problem
my problem is that the quality of hearing is baddd .... very bad im hearing full noises
without no quality at all ... my sound card is "Creative Live 5.1"
you know what the problem can you please help me ?

the first was in accedint in a place that i dont need
and now i see this fourum slackware so i think that maybe here someone can help me

and im really need the answar for that
im a dj and use my comp and im in a middle of album
i makeing psychedelic music
im not so much serious about that but im good with it
