slack 12.2 , 8gb memory problem


Guys, i've installed slackware 12.2 and i'm having little problem with memory recognize.
i have 8gb memory on my motherboard, but slack has just recognize almost 3.7gb. wtf?

i've searched everywhere something like, but i couldnt find it. help please.

Roll a new kernel with > 64GB support.

That would be > 4GB ...
I don't have any 32-bit kernels here, but a "grep -i highmem <your-kernel-config>" should show the current option selections.
