Running a game [MU] in Slackware using wine?

I am trying to run MU on my pc using slackware and there are lots of forums explaing how to run mu online but the problem is that the mu i am using is not exactly the same. mu online comes as .exe file. The one I use comes as folder with files and the instruction to run it on windows are:

Instalation:
1º Extract Game Client in a folder
2º Run np.bat
3º Start launcher.exe
4º Choose the server named DANGERLINK and ... have a nice game

Any sujestiong on how to make in run on slackware 12, I am prety sure that it will work using wine as the other version mu online works.

First you'll have to install wine.

If the problem is "how to launch *.bat file", then go into program directory (using command-line), use "wine cmd" (this starts windows cmd.exe clone, which can handle *.bat files) and from within cmd launch "np.bat". This should work. Or (better way) you can edit np.bat file and turn it into shell script.

If the problem is "how to launch *.exe" then the answer is - use "wine launcher.exe" from within program folder.

If there are some problems with launching wine (i.e. you know how to do it, but application crashes, doesn't start, etc), then there is not enough information to solve problem (error message, logfile, etc... are required) if application crashes, then you might try to report bug to bugs.winehq.org, and hope that someone will fix it eventually.

I have installed wine the problem was how to install Mu and your answer was exactly that i needed but now when I try to move the folder from VirtualBox as I needed it to unrar the file gives me error. the error says
Invalid parameter.
http://i258.photobucket.com/albums/h...ULPulse/23.png This is screen shot of trying to move the files I need form my XP on virtualbox to Slackware environment
This error occurs i think because in the name of a file has weird character. I had this problem before when if in the name of a file has foreign character it just give an error and nothing happens. How can I fix that??

Sorry for all the troubles and the bad English
