I'm guessing that what you're saying is that every time you startx kde auto-reloads a session that was saved at some point in the recent past. There is an option for session saving in the KDE control panel but tbh I really can't remember where... under kde performance or something like that. It's not an error though, it's just a function of your dekstop environment.
