Finally!!
alright. After going back and looking everything over I finally solved the problem. But, I don't know what it was! There must have been some setting that I somehow missed or looked over the 10 times I redid it. Thanks for all your help though. One last question, when LILO starts up I select Linux. But I use a usb keyboard and I either have to wait a minute and a half or have a parallel keyboard plugged in too. Is there a way to get my usb keyboard to work then too?
