I am wondering if this program will be available anytime. I have tried to compile this program but I am getting Packagekit error in dbus saying that if failed to start.

Probably never. Because the PackageKit is an engine for dnf, yum, zypper, apt-get and alike.

There Is a flatpak backend available for discover which could work in Slackware, provided you install flatpak from SBo (debian package).
Worth a try if you can manage to use it without packagekit

I have installed flatpak 1.10 and tryed the discover flatpak but it doesnt work for me at all.

I suspect it's not included because it does not support Slackware packages.
