Nvidia optimus and Chromium

On latest 4 or 5 major versions of chromium i had an bug when typing and when i open my favourites.
The cursor of text does not run on the same time when i type, but when the display it called to refresh, like when i scroll the page.
Also my favourites folders does not appear when i click, i know that is there. I had to move the cursor where i think there it was, then the color change of selection refreshed the menu and this make it show.
This is a guess of what happened.
I found out that if i call chromium with primusrun this annoying bug seems to disappear.
So i started this post to find out if call the application with primusrun it is the solution or could be something else?

Given that primusrun, i.e. using your discrete graphics card, fixes this issue... it would seem to point at the intel driver just not being able to render things. There have been quite a few improvements in the intel driver in newer kernels so maybe the next release of slackware will have an intel driver that works well enough to render this.. hard to say.

For me, I will try and run most applications without primus as it saves the battery, but if an application needs additional graphic muscle, well.. that's what primus was written to provide.
