Hello,

Why order it when you can download it and burn to a DVD? It would be much quicker, you know

Cheers,

Josh

Because my only usable internet connection right now is my phone's wifi signal, which doesn't seem to want to download the iso or the torrents faster than about 30 kb/s, and I want it by tomorrow.

Although I suppose I could go hang out at Starbucks to download for a few hours

Do both.

By ordering it, you are supporting Slackware's development and helping to ensure that it will continue at or above the current level of quality.

I just donate instead - from Europe the shipping costs are silly, and that cost does not go towards Slackware development but a shipping company. I'd love to get the DVD once, but the shipping is just silly money so I do without and show my support with a yearly donation.

(last year I got a 2 line thank you email post donation, this year I didnt. probably they were busy - it was just post release- and will catch up on thanks later in the year)
