ndiswrapper error

Im trying to get the ndiswrapper to work with my laptop. Here is the error I get from dmesg:

ndiswrapper version 0.6 loaded
ndiswrapper adding wg511nd5.sys
PCI: Setting latency timer of device 02:00.0 to 64
ndiswrapper: Driver is serialized. This will not work!
__alloc_pages: 0-order allocation failed (gfp=0x21/0)
failed to allocate shared mem
ndiswrapper: error log: C000009A, length: 4 (c635e960)
ndiswrapper: Driver init returned error

Not too familiar with this, could anyone help me.

Thanks ahead of time

What is the card, chipset, output of lspci relevant to your card, etc...
Try obtaining a different winXP driver.
