lilo ntldr missing after running lilo after slackware install

i got question about lilo

after i edited lilo.conf one time for a new kernel and i already set up the windows entry for booting into winxp i can't get into windows anymore.. (it worked when i installed it the first time during the slackware install) but after a new run of /sbin/lilo i get a NTLDR missing restart and some more.. but for the new kernel i haven't edited the windows entry in lilo.conf at all.. only the new kernel entry and still it doesn't start..

so with installing slackware it does boot but after running /sbin/lilo once after that .. i can't boot up and get that error message

.....any thoughts?
