KDE Control panel missing Theme manager

I want to install themes, but I can't because there is no theme manager. My Kernel is v2.4.26 and the KDE version is 3.2.3.

Thanks

This isn't an answer... but the theme manager, even the new one, is pretty broken. Just my two cents. You are better off NOT relying on it.

Turns out you just have to add the kthememanager to your ~/.kde/..../apps folder..
