KDE 3.1.4 Theme Manager

It would seem as though my theme manager has disappeared.

How does one make it reappear?

Hi.

This happened to me on RedHat9 (it also made all my icons completely disappear) re-installing kdelibs solved the problem with no nasty side effects.

The problem I am having with the theme manager happened while I was using KDE 3.1.4 then I installed 3.2 to see the beta version, and I really enjoyed it, but the theme manager did not appear. Even though I enjoyed the beta KDE all of the other problems that were present caused me to reinstall 3.1.4, unfortunatly the theme manager problem did not get fixed. While using these two versions I checked other accounts, ie root, and discovered that the problem existed there also, so this indicated to me that the problem was global.
I will try and reinstall the kdelibs, as you suggested, again to see if by chance that this will resolve the problem.
