Installing plasma 5 using iso-current


Hi everybody , I'm try to install plasma5 using the iso image of slack-current. but in this way i got KDE4 ... what is the best thing :

a) install KDE than movie to upgrade to plasma
b) not install KDE and then install ktown
?

read carefully the instructions here

IMHO, after reading those, I would go for b) (but just make sure to read them yourself).

I installed several times slackware-current with Plasma5, using your (b) variant.

Also I understand that today Plasma5 does not need at all the packages from KDE4, then you can saffely just do not install this packages group from start.
