What is the think that you have done? Knowing that might shed some light on this issue.

I think you are confused on what version you're running, which makes it difficult for us to troubleshoot.

To start, -current is the development version of Slackware. It does not have any version number associated with it. You said you moved from 14.1 to -current, which is a very bad thing to do since current was developed from 14.2. 14.2 is the latest stable release and once that came out, current continued progression to what will eventually become Slackware 15.0.

If you were running 14.1, you should've upgraded to 14.2. If you then decided you wanted to run a development version of Slackware (with all the risk and possible breakages that can come from that), you would then upgrade to -current.

Based on your error messages, it also seems you installed Alien Bob's ktown, which are 3rd-party packages that replace KDE4 with Plasma5. While Alien is the go-to guy for KDE on Slackware, his Plasma5 packages have still not been adopted by Pat and are thus unofficial.

Based on your error, I'd guess you didn't update the latest ktown packages, since it is indicating that at least kf5-syntax-highlighting is missing (or the version that is installed doesn't match what is expected).

Can you give a bit more clarity on which version of Slackware you're running and whether you are up-to-date on the -current and ktown updates?

1) in January I moved from 14.1-current to 14.2-current .. then i didn't touch slack till now (I was out of home) now I have update and first of all looking in my slackpkgplus.conf i found just this :
https://pastebin.com/0jv7JHgL I don't know why could somebody tell me how to set it for a regular slackpkg.conf for 14.2-current ?

2) the upgrade from 14.1-current to 14.2 current was done in this way :
- update
- update gpg
- upgrade slackpkg (and modified the slackpkgplus.conf)
- install-new
- upgrade-all

and the things were right

could you help me to fix this things now ?
thanks in advance

There's no such thing as 14.1-current or 14.2-current. You're either running 14.1, 14.2, or current. As I said before, current, in Slackware, is only used to designate the development version of Slackware. What you're probably wanting is a fully patched (up-to-date) version of a stable release (14.l or 14.2).

To get that, you'd need to edit your /etc/slackpkg/mirrors to uncomment one mirror that matches what version you're wanting to run. Unfortunately, I'm still unsure on what version of Slackware you're running, however, based on the information, it seems like you're probably running current, and it is really not recommended to downgrade from current to 14.2.

Based on your pastebin output, it also looks like you're also using the unofficial add-on to slackpkg called slackpkg+, which allows you to use slackpkg to install non-official software (like ktown). Can you provide the output of the following commands so we can try and get an idea of where your system is at?

Code:
ls -l /var/log/packages/kate*
ls -l /var/log/packages/syntax-highlighting*
ls -l /var/log/packages/pluma*
ls -l /var/log/packages/okular*
ls -l /var/log/packages/kernel-*

You are running Slackware 14.2 with Plasma5 packages on top that do not work with Slackware 14.2... they are exclusively meant for Slackware-current. Fail.
Furthermore, you have not configured slackpkg+ to use any other 3rd party repository except to upgrade slackpkg+ itself, so in essence it is useless on your computer as-is.

Based on the kernel, OP is likely running a version of -current from December (the 4.9.67 kernel was added on 6 DEC) unless they've kept the rest of it up-to-date except for the kernel.

@OP, if you've only not updated the kernel but kept the rest of Slackware up-to-date, you shouldn't be in too much trouble. It looks like you're running the latest version of Eric's ktown, but it seems like you've missed installing syntax-highlighting, which is why you're getting the error from kate and okular. If you grab that from the ktown repo, it might solve your problem.

In regards to pluma, it is provided by the msb (Mate SlackBuilds) project and it looks like you're missing a package there, likely called libpeas-gtk.

If you haven't kept current up-to-date, I would update that first before you start getting these packages from other repos as they rely on an up-to-date current and may not work without it. Don't forget to run install-new as well as upgrade-all with slackpkg, otherwise you'll miss some important additions. You should also have a look at the changelog so you can remove the older packages (or use clean-system, if you have your blacklist set up properly). I would also highly recommend updating your kernel as the 4.9 kernel you're using isn't protected against Spectre/Meltdown.

In the future, it would be a much better idea to stick with the latest stable release and only venture into current if you're ready for things to break.

The slackpkgplus.conf file is self-explaining. Read the embedded comments.
Things you must touch at a miminum: one or more MIRRORPLUS lines; the REPOPLUS line; and the PKGS_PRIORITY line.

I'll tell you a secret.

You can RTFM.

Then you can actually edit that file. Add something which is not there yet. Tell us what you need in there. And not a line for slackware-current since that is being taken care of by slackpkg.conf (if you did things right).

Going -current, it is supposed to follow it like a hound dog the fox. And to have experience in Slackware for real*.

Leaving it non-updated for several months, then going slackpkg, which (with all respect for its creator and maintainers) works how it works, it is the perfect recipe for disaster.

I suggest to OP to clean install the latest stable and call a day.

* And even the experienced Slackers may re-compile Qt5 on the Easter day.

slackpkg+ is an addon for slackpkg. For configuration purposes, they are still handled separately, so anything dealing with Slackware and -current will be handled by the original slackpkg files. slackpkg+ is used for additional repos and that is where you'd configure things like ktown and msb. If you need help configuring it, see the top two lines of that conf file you posted... your guidance should already be on your computer. And while it doesn't say it in the slackpkg.conf file, you can also see man pages for slackpkg and slackpkg.conf to give you more information.

Code:
# Configuration for slackpkg+. See /usr/doc/slackpkg+-*/README for more details
# Please read manpage: "man slackpkgplus.conf" and documentation /usr/doc/slackpkg+-*/README
