Thank you foe your reply I can reach the internet and I am able to use it but there is an error.
Error for wireless request "Set Nickname" (8B1C) :
SET failed on device wlan0 ; Operation not supported.

but this error does not affect anything.

And one last question. How can I connect to an unsecured network at startup automatically like this.
I did this but this does not work.
IFNAME[4]="wlan0"
IPADDR[4]=""
NETMASK[4]=""
USE_DHCP[4]="yes"
# DHCP_HOSTNAME="Freifunk"
WLAN_ESSID="Freifunk"

First thank you but I solved this. I forgot to write [4] after WLAN_ESSID.
That's the new config:
IFNAME[4]="wlan0"
IPADDR[4]=""
NETMASK[4]=""
USE_DHCP[4]="yes"
# DHCP_HOSTNAME[4]="Freifunk"
WLAN_ESSID[4]="Freifunk"

Also if you accept my friend request I will be very happy and I can ask more questions.

NetworkManager makes this trivial. It is installed by default... So why not use it?

No pfaffing around with manual configurations. Select the network, enter the passphrase, click connect. Job done.
