GtkSpell SGML Parsing Problem


While installing GtkSpell, this error was encountered:

This is probably due to a missing XML parser. What would I need to install? Would Expat suffice?

Some parser is running or you wouldn't get parser errors :P
What attract my attention is the I/O error to the .dtd file, I don't know the inners of XML too much but I would bet that you need that file to be read.
