Glibc 2.39 + NVIDIA proprietary driver = "no unwind info found" errors

Hello,

on my system (slackware64-current) with Nvidia 545.29.06 proprietary driver, after upgrading glibc to 2.39 (multilib), sddm and X11 and Wayland do not start anymore.

I also tried driver 550.40.07 and it makes no difference.

When attempting startx from init 3, these errors are displayed:

Downgrading to glibc 2.38 solves it.

Did you reboot after initial glibc upgrade?

Yes of course I did.
I don't see anyone else reporting this issue, so either it's just me on the forum using glibc-multilib and nvidia drivers, or it's something specific to my system.

Yeah, it was.

I had in my /etc/environment :

Code:
QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME="wayland;xcb"
GBM_BACKEND=nvidia-drm
__GLX_VENDOR_LIBRARY_NAME=nvidia
ENABLE_VKBASALT=1
LIBVA_DRIVER_NAME=nvidia
WLR_NO_HARDWARE_CURSORS=1
Leftovers from a test.
I removed that and now it all works with glibc 2.39 multilib and the usual nvidia drivers.
Sorry for the noise.
