GIMP pnm plugin

Looks like the GIMP's pnm plugin is broken in 13.0
When I try to export a custom kernel logo:

I've made a test:

- I opened a xcf file
- I saved it as a PNM file (I tested both the RAW and ASCII format)
- Both PNM images are readable in Gwenview

Which steps did you perfom in GIMP?

I'm not that familiar with GIMP but I haven't seem any export option other than "save as".

I meant save a copy.. And it actually handles RGB images correctly.
Try an 80x80 image with a 223 color indexed palette and save as pnm (ascii). The plugin crashes.
