I have built emacspeak-46.0 for Slint64-14.2, with espeak as back-end.
The packages are here:
http://slackware.uk/slint/x86_64/sli..._64-1slint.txz
http://slackware.uk/slint/x86_64/sli..._64-3slint.txz
The sources are in:
http://slackware.uk/slint/x86_64/slint-testing/source/
Instructions for use on Slackware64-14.2:
- Download and install the packages.
- Read after installation:
/usr/doc/emacspeak-46.0/README
If you are blind, that's useful. Else, at least that's funny (I hope).
Feedback welcome, as usual.
PS There is a package in extra/ in the Slackware tree, but not built against espeak, which is free.
PPS Of course a blind user needs first to log in and preferably with speech or braille, and for that other software are needed. They are included in upcoming Slint64-14.2.1. When this version will be released after additional tests I will provide links to all the needed stuff.
