Add a filesystem to it. Take a look at the mkfs command. Or, if you want a GUI, you'll have to get gparted from SlackBuilds.org.

Did you read the README?

gparted requires the following dependencies be installed (in this order):

libsigc++
glibmm
cairomm
pangomm
gtkmm

You may wish to try sbopkg (http://www.sbopkg.org) as it makes using the SlackBuilds.org repository significantly easier, not to mention quicker.

Well that`s what i did use in the first place, the sbopkg gives errors when it tries to build the package. I tried it several times and failed to build it.

What are the errors? They should be at the end of /var/log/sbopkg/sbopkg-build-log.

edit: OK, more info was posted as I was typing. You need to install gtkmm and its dependencies (see above).

Yes, they're called dependencies. You need to install all the packages I listed above, in the order I listed them, starting with libsigc++.
