Where is the "My Computer" icon?

Where is the "My Computer" icon/folder in Kubuntu so I can mount my partition. I just switched from Ubuntu which had one in default. However I can't find it in Kubuntu. I hope someone can help me out. Thanks in advance.

Which version of kde or kubuntu are you running? You may have to open 'konqueror'.

Open Konqueror and, on the address bar, write:
Quote:
system:/media
Then open the drive you want to mount (it will probably ask you for your password).

kikuta:

Kubuntu has more to offer. Use the Menu button.

You can mount partitions via terminal. Download and read the tutorial linked in my signature below.

hope this helps.
