Can't boot system

Here is the error meg: Booting'phlak'
rootnoverify (hd0,4)
chainloader +1
Error13: Invalid or unsupported executable format
press any key to continue

Here is my /boot/grub/menu.lst
# grub.conf generated by anaconda
#
# Note that you do not have to rerun grub after making changes to this file
# NOTICE: You have a /boot partition. This means that
# all kernel and initrd paths are relative to /boot/, eg.
# root (hd0,4)
# kernel /vmlinuz-version ro root=/dev/hda6
# initrd /initrd-version.img
#boot=/dev/hda
default=0
timeout=10
splashimage=(hd0,4)/grub/splash.xpm.gz
title White Box Enterprise Linux (2.4.21-4.EL)
root (hd0,4)
kernel /vmlinuz-2.4.21-4.EL ro root=LABEL=/
initrd /initrd-2.4.21-4.EL.img
title phlak
rootnoverify (hd0,4)
kernel/boot/vmlinuz-2.4.21-xfs root=/dev/hda3
chainloader +1

also my partitioning table
Disk /dev/hda: 20.5 GB, 20547841536 bytes
255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 2498 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes

Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System
/dev/hda1 * 1 5 40131 83 Linux
/dev/hda2 6 70 522112+ 82 Linux swap
/dev/hda3 71 1259 9550642+ 83 Linux
/dev/hda4 1260 2498 9952267+ f Win95 Ext'd (LBA)
/dev/hda5 1260 1263 32098+ 83 Linux
/dev/hda6 1264 2498 9920106 83 Linux

Disk /dev/hdb: 20.5 GB, 20547841536 bytes
255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 2498 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes

I can boot into the first system, but not the 2nd one phlak, slackware is on /dev/hdb i have not added it to the grub yet until i can figure how to.

Looks pretty confusing to me ..

if you are booting a linux kernel, you do not need the chainloader keyword.

there should be a space between the keyword kernel and the kernel that needs to be picked up.

rootnoverify should be root (hd0,4)

I do not see a windows partition. So I assume you are not trying to boot into windows.

If you are intending to boot into slackware that is on hdb, your entries should look like

title Slackware (OR Phlakware whatever)
root (hd1,x) where x is the partition that houses your boot directory
kernel /boot/<kernelname> root=/dev/hdbx where x is the partition you have your / on
initrd <initrd file name if any>

Check this part of menu.lst:

title phlak
rootnoverify (hd0,4)
kernel/boot/vmlinuz-2.4.21-xfs root=/dev/hda3
chainloader +1

Compare this to the spot directly above it. You'll notice a missing space after 'kernel'. You also don't want to use chainloader in this context. You use chainloader if the partition has it's own boot loader. You most likely want initrd instead (point it at the initrd file that goes with the kernel you specify). (disclaimer: I'm still learning, so this may be incomplete.)
