anti-aliased fonts

Though this was already posted, I am emphasizing the importance of this.
How do I enable anti-aliased fonts on my slackware system?

Thanks in advance.

It depends on your window manager; dropline gnome, kde 3 and xfce4 all have anti-aliased fonts enabled by default. The anti-aliased fonts in dropline gnome (which I'm using right now) are very nice.
