What video card do you have, and do you use proprietary drivers? They often need reinstalling after xorg and mesa updates.

If not, you might try mv /etc/X11/xorg.conf /etc/X11/xorg.conf.backup for the moment to see if autodetected settings do any better.

I have a Intel i5-4460 with integrated graphic. I do not change xorg.conf, only upgraded these two packages. I use modesetting driver, but on intel driver also crash.

Since Slackware 13.0 (released in 2009) an xorg.conf file is not needed anymore (since xorg-server-1.6.x).
If the xorg.conf file is absent, Xorg will probe the hardware everytime it starts. You can make it write out an "xorg.conf" example file based on the probe results by typing (as root):
Code:
Xorg :1 -configure
or if you are not inside an X session (i.e. at the console) you can run:
Code:
Xorg -configure
The file will be written as /root/xorg.conf.new and you can copy that to /etc/X11/xorg.conf and edit it if required. Or test that file first using:
Code:
X -config /root/xorg.conf.new

As Alien explained, you no longer need an xorg.conf for open source drivers. Xorg/Mesa has good support for intel GPUs. Your system uses the Intel® HD Graphics 4600 GPU and that works here perfectly. The driver . If you need and xorg.conf for, say, kb or mouse tweaks, fonts, or multi-screen server layouts, etc. You should put just those specific sections into /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d directory. You do not need a monolithic xorg.conf.
