Ubuntu GUI Issues on a Compaq Presario

Hello - I am having some difficulties here. I install Ubuntu fine, and then when I start to run it, it loads, then I get the blue screen (like the installer screen) that says "Failed to start the X server (your graphical user interface). It is likely that it is not setup correctly. Would you like to view the X server output to diagnose the problem?"

I click yes, and it says my X version (6.8.2). Click ok, asks me to view the detailed server information, clik ok again, shows basically the same stuff, then it says "The X server is now disabled. Restart GDM when it is configured correctly."

And it goes into a command prompt. Any ideas? Video card is a Radeon 200M, came with the compaq notebook.

Nevermind, here's the fix:

sudo nano /etc/X11/xorg.conf

Edit the "Device" and had the following:

Option "NoAccel" "true"

And then startx...
