Unhappy Red Hat Linux licensing on MS-Hyper-V

Hi,

I want to install two virtual Red Hat 5 linux servers on my MS Hyper-V server. How is the licensing of my Linux distibutions handled ? 1license per virtual server or does it depend on the number of CPU's or RMA that I assign to those servers ? Where can I find an official article about this ? And is Microsoft involved in the licensign of this ?

Rgds
