Red Hat 9.0 Licensing, is it required?

If I install and configure a server with Red Hat 9.0 for my small business, do I need to have a license or can I just download one of the free ISOs and configure it as needed?

You can just download and configure as needed. The payment is for support, and I think support for Red Hat 9 has ended, so you won't need it.
