Talking madwifi for RHEL4

I just installed RHEL4 on my IBM Thinkpad G40.
How to install madwifi driver for my Proxim Gold card.
Before RHEL4 i was using FC3, and madwifi from for my kernel.
Any one has installed madwifi on RHEL4 please help...
My RHEL4 is running on kernel version 2.6.9-5.0.3.EL

Is there any Wireless card works out of box with FC3 (with out any extra driver compilation using Kernel source).
FC3 and RHEL4 is not providing kernel source.
