how to install a package -dependencies autoresolved

i want to install a rpm , n it is showing few dependencies ,,
i downloaded those packages , n put them in a directory .
now is there any way to simply install the rpm with automatically solving the dependencies ,,, i mean it should take the required packages from the location , where i hav kept the packages( dependencies)..

If they are all in one dir just do "rpm -i /one/dir/*.rpm". Next time maybe use Yum or Autoupdate or equivalent.
