Not that I'm aware of, but even if there were, I think it would be very hard to use, and given how quickly new releases come out, any such list would very quickly become outdated. Don't get me wrong the idea is a good one, but I think it would be hard to implement/maintain.

Is there a specific package(s) that you have a question about? -- J.W.

I am not sure what is being asked. You can list the packages installed if you use the Slack package system. Get that list with ls /var/log/packages. You can look at the MANIFEST file. It is on one of your cds. It will list a breakdown of all your packages. You can go to the installed binary on your system and run ldd on it. That will list the dependencies of that app.

If creating an absolute minimal installation is what you're after, you might want to check out DSL http://www.damnsmalllinux.org/ There's also a forum for them here at LQ. Good luck -- J.W.
