can't install redhat 8.0 on pentium4 machine

I use pentium4 1.8 GHz machine. After it prepared to install and it's installing (there are screen to show installing percentage). Suddenly it hang , system panic. I try to install many times but it's not successfull. Why? Can I install rh 8 on pentium 4 machine? If yes, how?

Or it related with file system type? I have /, /boot and swap. (I tried to use ext2 and ext3 for / and /boot)

1) What's the panic message.

2) How much hard drive space are you using.

3) What other hardware are you using? (ethernet card, sound card, etc.)

Make sure when u are selecting the packages to be installed , u should be having sufficient space on ur hard drive and specially the volume on which you are going to install your Red hat OS.
I also had the same problem , the progress bar for the installation goes on and suddenl it stops..
