There is no combining overline that would look appropriate next to one of these arrows.
The problem here is that you are trying to use Unicode to place a single mark over two characters. For line AB, ideally it should be a single double-headed arrow (or harpoon), rather than a left arrow over the A and a right arrow over the B.
But Unicode doesn't really support more generic mathematical typesetting like this, it is primarily for linear text encoding. There are some rare double unicode characters (eg 0362) as in the arrow in A͢B, but not the ones you need.
If you want to properly typeset mathematical symbols, you might need to use something more sophisticated like TeX rather than a word processor.
Otherwise just used a simplified notation for ray AB, such as AB⃑, or →AB.
