Sun Ray Issue

I got Sun Ray 1 installed. But the login stopped at hour glass with 2 bars under it. I wonder what is the meaning?

What version of SRSS are you running ?

Error codes are explained in the SRSS documentation.

Here's one page that summarize them:

I checked the two bars under the hour glass means the Sun ray is waiting for DHCP offers from Sun Ray server.

So I can not get the same DHCP state code from the site given by you.

Refers to http://www.sun-rays.org/lib/sunsolve/21168.htm as follows:

One dash: waiting for interconnect
Two dashes: DHCP pending
Three dashes: Waiting to connect to Authentication Manager

Indeed, your server or your network is in trouble.
