RSS Feeds (HELP)

I have played around with RSS feeds off and on. I am lost and getting annoyed. Can someone guide me through setting up an RSS feed on a webpage? I Know HTML fine and can eaisly set up a page in a plain text editor. What I would like to do is create a private webpage with a few RSS feeds on it. The one I want to start with is the LQ radio RSS feed. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

RSS feed is just an XML file, you can either put a link to a XML file on your websit or you can dynamicly generate it.

I have created a RSS feed with Java Servlet. The output of the servlet is in XML format and the servlet url is mapped to rss.xml.
