Is it possible to make such fast webcam, with wput?

displays a very fast webcam website.

I have an account free.fr, where I could upload with wput my webcam shot
using camE .camErc
would it be so quick and fluid image ?

what could be the html code proposed for this page?

I think it`s just javascript code, but for that kind of fast webcam you need quite a high upload speed. ( on that one it uses 3mb for me)
